Right of Withdrawal
 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MaLernen GmbH in cooperation with LOA Lernfreunde e.V., Einsteinufer 59, 10587 Berlin, Germany, Email: hallo@loainstitut.de, Phone: +49 (0)160 9111 7911) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, an email, or a phone call) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may also use our contact form for this purpose.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If you have already made use of services (e.g., participation in live sessions), we reserve the right to review and adjust the refund accordingly. As a rule, a refund will only be issued upon request and may be reduced proportionally based on services already provided.

Note on Immediate Access

Upon conclusion of the contract, you will receive immediate access to our course materials and live sessions.

We would like to point out that even with immediate access, you still retain your statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days. However, if you have already used parts of the service within this period, a full refund is excluded. In such cases, the refund may be reduced proportionally based on your usage.
